On Tuesday, May 8, Gerry and I had the pleasure of interviewing Terence Chatmon, Founder of Victorious Family Ministries. He provided us with some great insight about Family dynamics and how a family should be “intentional” when setting a purpose and vision for their lives.

Terence stated that every family should have a:
1. Vision Statement – This statement provides the broader image of the future that a family is aiming to achieve.
2. Mission Statement – The statement defines the core purpose of the family – why it exists and how they are going to accomplish the Vision.
3. Strategies – These are the tools and techniques used to accomplish the Mission Statement.
